Jason became an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor in 2014, and immediately represented his first client in the 2015 NFL Draft, quickly learning on the job. Since that time he has represented and advised drafted and free agent rookies and seasoned veterans,

Before joining NA3 Sports, Jason operated Cavignac Sports Group.  He has represented and advised players in all aspects of the rookie experience, including postseason all-star games, combine and pro day training, team visits and interviews, the draft and contract negotiation, minicamps, training camp, practice squads, and, unfortunately, bouncing back from being released and being prepared for the next opportunity.
