James “Jimmy” Durkin has been a licensed NFL agent since 2014 and has negotiated a variety of player contracts and marketing deals that create additional revenue for all of his clients. Jimmy is based in the New York City office and represents several NFL Players.

Having graduated from the University of Dayton, Jimmy then attended and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) law degree from New York Law School and is a licensed Attorney in the State of New York. Jimmy is a lifelong football man who has played on five national championship teams at different levels. Additionally, he has served as the President and a Coach with the Staten Island Lions Pop Warner football organization which provides him the opportunity to guide and mentor numerous children in his local community.

Jimmy considers football to be his passion and he has developed an extensive network of football contacts in professional and collegiate football. As a trusted evaluator of talent, he devotes significant time watching college film and preparing player evaluations each college football season.

Additionally, Jimmy is a Professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice where he enjoys his time working with his students. Jimmy had a distinguished career in law enforcement with the New York Police Department attaining the rank of Sergeant and also receiving various awards and commendations throughout his career.

As a father and husband, Jimmy resides in Staten Island with his wife, Christa, and their two children, James and Julia. Jimmy is also a graduate of Monsignor Farrell High School.
